If it's good for others to know the thing, then it's ok to let others know bout it.. but, if the thing is r******..? Should it be published..?

Like our dean always mention, "dont wash dirty laundry in public".. So, better keep in silent mode rather than being "light mouth" but talking on unbeneticial things..
